Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Camping Royale currently ships within Canada only. Orders are packed and prepared with oversized camp gear in mind, so larger items may ship in more than one carton.

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before they are handed to the carrier.
• Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on province, carrier volume, and local delivery conditions.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Remote or rural addresses may require additional delivery time or shipping review before dispatch.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused gear that is clean, complete, and returned in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and carrier surcharges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
• Camping Royale does not charge a standard restocking fee.
• If a returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or returned without original packaging, a deduction may be applied to reflect the reduced resale condition.
• Used outdoor gear, items with missing parts, customer-damaged packaging, clearance items, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Camping Royale products include a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use.

• Coverage includes defects in materials, hardware, stitching, welds, frames, hinges, connectors, and functional components.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust from improper storage, misuse, overloading, modification, lost parts, weather exposure damage, accidents, or commercial and rental use.
• Depending on the issue, Camping Royale may repair the item, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or offer another reasonable solution.
